I edit both non-fiction and fiction manuscripts. Most recently I've been editing a middle grade mystery series. Dialogue is where I help writers shine. I've also worked on self-help books, essays, professional pieces, and technical literature.
I co-founded and led JustReachOut, a PR and SEO software company, with my husband Dmitry Dragilev. JustReachOut was acquired in 2020. My role spanned sales, product, marketing, community, and customer education.
As an early employee of Culture Amp, I contributed to content, marketing, sales, and community as the company grew to a $1.5B valuation. Before that, I led a culture consultancy supporting a network of nearly 2,000 members in Boston.
I'm interested in turning the magnifying glass on personal life — how we design our world, build routines that stick, and stay curious. The Blue Lobster Book Club, the Hangry Games app, and this site are all part of that.
